| Tonic Pilates Studio is a fully equipped pilates studio specialising in equipment based pilates. Sessions are fully supervised and structured to suit individual needs. Classes are limited to 3 clients per session with each client following their own personal programme. Sessions run for 75 minutes.
Pilates can help to improve posture, correct muscular imbalances, improve muscle tone or rehabilitate from injury. Body awareness is increased along with improved breathing and more efficient use of muscles.
All clients receive a private initial assessment to create a programme specific to their needs, most clients then continue their programmes in semi-private sessions (up to 3 people), or can choose to continue with private 1:1 sessions.
Instructors are trained to Australian Pilates Method Association standards and have undertaken a twelve month training programme, with accreditation awarded after completing and passing a final examination and submitting a case study. Instructors must fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain industry standards, membership to the association and insurance, this ensures instructors skills are kept up to date and relevant.
The studio is open Monday to Friday with early morning and evening sessions available. All sessions are by appointment only. |
